Oil Nut Bay Expands Wellness Offerings with Sundara Spa + Studio and New Retreats

Oil Nut Bay, the ultra-luxury resort community on Virgin Gorda, continues to raise the bar for Caribbean wellness experiences. This May, the resort officially unveiled Sundara Spa + Studio, the island’s first overwater spa and wellness destination. Suspended above turquoise waters, the design-forward sanctuary blends organic textures, operable glass walls, and panoramic views to create a serene connection with the sea.

Beginning in October 2025, Sundara will debut Sundara Renew, a four-day immersive retreat inspired by the elements of water and air. Priced at $1,220, the program integrates VOYA’s organic seaweed-based treatments with restorative rituals designed to detoxify, soothe, and rejuvenate body and spirit.

Full Moon Wellness Under the Stars

Sundara Spa + Studio also invites guests to embrace noctourism with its Full Moon Yoga Ceremony. Held in the overwater, open-air studio, the evening experience pairs moonlit movement and breathwork with optional rituals such as sound baths, intention setting, and guided meditation.

The celebration continues nearby at Nova, Oil Nut Bay’s overwater social hub, where Full Moon Parties bring together live music, dancing, and a lavish buffet dinner for $85 per person. Running from 5 PM to midnight, the event creates a spirited blend of wellness and community under the Caribbean sky.
